Treat yourself to the vibrant and colourful flavours of Flo’s Grill’s Nigerian Shrimp Fried Rice, a delightful twist on a classic dish. This sumptuous meal combines succulent shrimp with a medley of fresh vegetables and fragrant rice, all stir-fried to perfection with a rich blend of Nigerian spices that add a unique and tantalizing flavour.
Our Nigerian Shrimp Fried Rice is a feast for the senses, featuring bright peas, carrots, and sweet corn, which not only add a crisp texture and sweet bursts of flavour but also make the dish visually appealing with their vibrant colours. The shrimp are carefully selected for their freshness and size, ensuring each bite is juicy and satisfying.
At Flo’s Grill, we enhance this dish with a hint of curry and thyme, which infuses the rice with an aromatic depth that is distinctly Nigerian. The rice is expertly cooked to ensure each grain is fluffy and separate, then combined with the seasoned vegetables and shrimp, creating a harmonious blend of flavours and textures.
Perfect for any occasion, whether as a stand-alone meal or accompanied by other Nigerian favourites like plantains or a side salad, our Nigerian Shrimp Fried Rice is sure to impress.
