Questions we get the most.
How far in advance should I book?
For events under 50 guests, 5–7 days notice is usually enough. For weddings and 100+ guest events, book 4–6 weeks ahead so we can lock in the menu and staffing.
What areas do you cater?
We cater Vaughan, Woodbridge, Concord, North York, Brampton, Mississauga, Scarborough, Richmond Hill and the wider GTA. Delivery fees vary by distance from our Steeles Ave W kitchen.
Do you have halal options?
Yes. Most of our menu — jollof, suya, grilled catfish, egusi, efo riro, grilled turkey — is prepared with halal-friendly ingredients. We can confirm specifics when you enquire.
Can you serve alcohol at the event?
Yes — Flo's Grill is a fully LLBO-licensed lounge in Vaughan. We can provide licensed bar service as an optional add-on with The Full Experience package.
Do you provide servers and setup?
The Naija Table is self-serve delivery. The Celebration includes setup. The Grand Feast and Full Experience include full setup, chafing dishes, staffed service and breakdown.
Can the menu be customised?
Yes — every package is a starting point. Vegetarian, vegan and specific dietary requests are welcome; we'll quote the substitutions.
